In these conditions of sale, the term “CUSTOMER” refers to the person who makes a purchase or order and the term “PRP” refers to the entity PRP CONNECTION SYSTEM S.L.

The entity in charge of managing and receiving payment for your orders on WWW.PRPBILLIARDS.COM is PRP CONNECTION SYSTEM S.L. (PRP).

PRP CONNECTION SYSTEM S.L. is a company legally incorporated in Spain with CIF .: B02879880, and with registered office at AVDA. Cesáreo Alierta 16-18, LOCAL, 50008 Zaragoza, Spain.

To proceed with an order, the CLIENT must select the products they want, provide billing and shipping information, select a payment method and proceed with payment.

The CUSTOMER must provide truthful billing data and, if different, shipping data. PRP will send your order as soon as possible, depending on the shipping method selected by the CLIENT.

To place an order, the CUSTOMER must have an email address and provide true and accurate information. At the time of ordering, the CLIENT must provide us with: Name, Surname, Address, Postal Code, Town, Province, Country and Telephone.

The CUSTOMER is solely responsible for the veracity of the data provided during the order.

The data provided by the CLIENT will be used solely and exclusively for the management of your order. For more information about the processing of your personal data, you can consult our Privacy Policy.

The price that the CLIENT must pay is the price indicated at the time of confirming their purchase. After the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

All tariff prices that appear both in the information tables and at the time of confirming your purchase include applicable taxes.

You can pay for your order with different payment methods such as PayPal or credit card.

We will charge when we send the confirmation email. Your order will be confirmed once the issuer of the selected payment method has authorized its use.

PRP does not store any CUSTOMER data regarding the selected payment method such as credit card numbers, expiration dates, etc. Said data is processed solely and exclusively by the providers of the payment services.

The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these ends, the user / client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of access controls.

Likewise, in the purchase process, the data about your credit card is not registered in any database but goes directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of our payment provider.

The CLIENT has 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise their right of withdrawal. The CUSTOMER will bear the shipping costs for the return.

To process the return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the merchandise has been received, and after checking its status, PRP will proceed to refund the purchase amount within a maximum period of 14 days, from the receipt of the shipment, according to the payment method used.

If the product received has manufacturing defects, PRP will pay the return shipping costs.

The CLIENT must ensure that the products received are in perfect condition at the time of receipt.

In the event that there are damages or breakages of the product, you must send us photos of the item and the packaging with the sticker of the transport company, to the email address of info@prpbilliards.com within a maximum period of 24 hours, from the time of receipt of shipment.

Once the images are received, PRP will open an incident for the replacement of the item, and if it is accepted, the same item will be sent at no extra cost to the customer.

Spanish legislation will govern the present conditions of sale of WWW.PRPBILLIARDS.COM. The user expressly agrees that the exclusive jurisdiction of any claim or act derived from this document will correspond to the Spanish courts, and expressly agrees to submit to the exercise of the personal jurisdiction of said courts. Specifically, the courts to settle will be those of the city of Zaragoza, Spain.
